HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We know how exciting it is to receive a new package! That’s why we aim to process your order as quickly as possible. All orders are processed and verified within 2–4 business days, and standard shipping across Canada and United States typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. 

Please note that during peak periods such as Sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Holidays, or other high-volume times, processing times may be slightly extended. However, we prioritize timely delivery and may upgrade shipping to expedited services when necessary to meet delivery expectations.

Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information and the name of the carrier (e.g., Canada Post, Purolator, UPS).

Items marked as PRE-ORDER will ship at a later date once they become available.

• Please allow 2–4 business days for processing once the item is in stock

• Delivery time is typically 7–10 business days after processing, depending on your location in Canada

If you'd like in-stock items to ship separately, please place them in a separate order from pre-order items.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently offer international shipping. Rates and delivery times vary based on your destination and package weight. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout.
